About Me

Do you want to improve your life and your relationships? If so, you should sign up for a counselling course. I am not a professional counseller but I have spent the last year or so visiting a therapist twice a week. I was 55, my marriage was on the rocks and I was drinking too much to try and cope with the strain. Thankfully, I found a great counsellor who provided me with the space I needed to open up and explore my feelings. Since then, I have learnt so much. I hope that by writing this blog I can give a little back.
